There are 2 components to the sessions.
1. Education comprising of inhaler technique,relaxation, smoking cessation,lung pathology,CBT,sputum clearance,exacerbation management and welfare rights.
2. Exercise.
Following this a maintenance session will be offered, this is run once a week on a Monday 3.00-4.00pm and again is run for 8 weeks. Tuesday 13th January 2009 The session on January 13th 2009 will be on LTOT.
The forum starts with lunch at 12 midday and then a 30 minute session at 12.30pm. We meet at the molineux PCT building room 2. This is very informal and a great chance to get together and have a round table discussion relating to the topic or any other matters relating to respiratory medicine.
The forum is for all healthcare professionals who have an interest in respiratory care.

On Friday 14th November 2008 all delegates sat their exam and now eveyone is waiting results.
